WTS has been providing disposal services as a part of our overall waste management program to our clients since 1982.  Our approach to waste management places liability protection and safety at the very top of our hierarchy.  Never in WTS’ history has a client been subject to a single dollar of CERCLA liability in conjunction with a TSDF recommended by WTS.

Further piece of mind can be derived from our "best in industry" insurance package featuring an $11.5 Million dollar substantive policy without arcane exemptions. This insurance package features endorsements for off-site TSDF selection, professional liability, pollution liability, site services, arranger's liability, and a legal defense offset rider that assures our clients that the financial protection they expect is not consumed by attorney's fees.

Our objectivity to find the best solution for each waste stream is the cornerstone of our ability to deliver innovative environmental solutions which save our clients money and provide long-term liability protection. We are able to provide these solutions more cost effectively than owner/operator TSDF's.
