Our Team
Leadership
Responsible for overall direction, vision and preservation of core values
within WTS. Strengthen and support customer and supplier relationships. Continuous
evaluation of cost effective treatment alternatives and placement of WTS “footprint”.
Advisory Board
Work closely with Leadership focusing on business strategy, operations and
general management issues. Also meet with various individuals from all levels
of corporation making recommendations for business sustainability and growth.
Technical Consultants
Day-to-day relationship with clients and suppliers, single point of contact
to facilitate flow of information from clients to WTS professionals and suppliers,
identification, classification and management of waste streams utilizing applicable
regulations under DOT and EPA. They are responsible for bringing innovative
environmental solutions to the marketplace.
Compliance and Technical Services
Identification and evaluation of new technologies and facilities, supplier
audits, regulatory monitoring, interpretation, research and updates, oversight
management of waste characterization and approval process. Compliant pickup,
transportation and delivery of waste streams to end TSDF including coordination
of approvals and shipment documentation (manifests, LDR’s, labels, marks
etc.). Responsible for management of day to day business activities.
On-site Project Managers
Supervision and on-site coordination of transportation and disposal of hazardous,
non-hazardous waste, compressed gases, and packaged laboratory chemicals,
including packaging, labeling, marking and drum preparation for lab cleanouts.
Finance and Administration
Responsible for information systems, reach, and people to drive new standards
of excellence, often becoming the epicenter for driving improvement and creating
value for our clients. Focused on continuous financial evaluation of suppliers,
establishment of capital catalyst programs, resource allocation and financial
sustainability of the enterprise.
